PM Kisan Yojana Released: The central government has sent the 20th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme to the accounts of farmers. In this phase, about 9.7 crore farmers across the country have received financial assistance of ₹ 2000. This assistance is given to farmers every four months, so that they can meet their needs related to agriculture. If you have registered for this scheme, then you can know whether your name is in the list of beneficiaries or not and what is the status of your installment. PM Narendra Modi sent a total amount of ₹ 22,500 crore to the accounts of farmers through Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) from Varanasi.

What is PM Kisan Yojana?

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) was launched on 1 February 2019. Its objective is to provide financial assistance to small and marginal farmers across the country. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6000 annually. This amount is sent to bank accounts every four months in three installments.

Which farmers will not get the installment?

This time the installment of PM Kisan Yojana may get stuck for some farmers, this is because to get the amount under this scheme, farmers have to complete some process, if this process remains incomplete then the installment amount will not be available. If farmers who have not done e-KYC or have not linked their bank account with Aadhar card, then there may be a delay in payment.

It is also necessary to get land verification done for the benefit of the scheme. If the farmers who have not completed this process, then they will not be able to get the benefit of the amount received under these schemes. Therefore, check all these things in time.

Check whether money has come in the account or not

First of all visit the official website pmkisan.gov.in.

Go to the Farmers Corner section given there.

Now click on Beneficiary Status or Know Your Status option.

After this enter your Aadhaar number, bank account number or mobile number.

Fill the captcha code and verify through OTP.

Click on “Get Data”.

If Payment Success appears on the screen, it means that the money has come to your account.

If e-KYC is incomplete, bank information is incorrect, or Aadhaar is not linked, then the same reason will appear on the screen.

What to do if you do not get the 20th installment of PM Kisan Yojana?

If the 20th installment of PM Kisan Yojana has not come to your account, then first go to the official website of the scheme pmkisan.gov.in. There, click on the 'Beneficiary Status' option in the 'Farmers Corner' section. After this, you can check your status by entering Aadhaar number, mobile number or registration number. If the registration number is not known, it can be obtained with the help of Aadhaar or mobile number by clicking on the 'Know Your Registration Number' option. Then enter the captcha code and OTP and check the status of the installment. This will let you know why the money did not come, it is possible that your eKYC is incomplete or there is some mistake related to the bank account.

If your problem is not resolved even after checking the status, then you can contact the helpline of PM Kisan Yojana. For this you can call on toll-free number 155261 or 011-24300606. These helpline numbers are active from 6 am to 10 pm.

Complain on email ID

If there is a problem like error in your Aadhaar number, bank account related problem or eKYC not updated, then you can send your complaint through email. For this you can mail to pmkisan-ict@gov.in. Apart from this, you can also get help by visiting your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or Agriculture Department office. There you will get help in correcting documents and updating eKYC.
