The State Bank of India (SBI) has informed its customers that several of its digital banking services will be temporarily down in the early hours of October 25, 2025 (Saturday). The bank will be carrying out system maintenance work during this time. SBI announced on the social media platform X that several of its services, including UPI, IMPS, YONO, Internet Banking, NEFT, and RTGS, will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 60 minutes from 1:10 AM to 2:10 AM (IST) on October 25. All services will resume at 2:10 AM after the maintenance is completed.
The bank stated, "Due to scheduled maintenance activity, our services, including UPI, IMPS, YONO, Internet Banking, NEFT, and RTGS, will be unavailable from 1:10 AM to 2:10 AM on 25.10.2025. These services will be restored by 2:10 AM." During this time, SBI has advised customers to use the ATM and UPI Lite services. The bank stated that it regrets any inconvenience and thanks them for their patience.
Maintenance was previously postponed.
SBI had originally planned a maintenance period from 12:15 am to 1:00 am on October 24th, but it was later postponed by a day to October 25th. If you need to make a transaction on the night of October 25th, you can use UPI Lite and ATMs.
