Priya Marathe was married to fellow Marathi actor Shantanu Moghe, known for his work in Swarajyarakshak Sambhaji, Ravrambha (2023), and Enigma - The Fallen Angel (2021). The couple tied the knot on April 24, 2012, in an intimate ceremony after sharing a strong friendship that blossomed into love.
