FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) Chennai Chapter, under the dynamic leadership of Chairperson Niyati A. Mehta, invites you to an afternoon of extraordinary inspiration with Captain Yashika Hatwal Tyagi – Kargil War Veteran, Military-Inspired Leadership Coach, and a national icon of courage and service.

Captain Yashika H Tyagi was among the first women officers posted to the high-altitude Kargil base and served during Operation Vijay while in her second trimester of pregnancy making her a living embodiment of strength, resolve, and patriotism. As a decorated Army veteran and recipient of the ‘Asmita Icon’ Award by the Hon’ble President of India, she brings with her stories of battlefront bravery, leadership under pressure, and the unique strength of Indian women in uniform. Yashika continues to serve the nation through storytelling and mentorship, inspiring a new generation to lead with integrity and grit.

This powerful session aligns with FLO Chennai’s 2025 theme: SPARKLE- an acronym that reflects the organisation’s values of Strength, Passion, Ambition, Resilience, Knowledge, Leadership, and Excellence.
