Cardi B proved that she's not taking any 'disrespect' from anyone following her court case and being cleared of assault after she hurled a pen at a reporter for asking her a question about pregnancy.
The rapper, 32, was cleared of assault by a Los Angeles jury after a security guard sued her for $24m (£18m) in a fingernail attack. Emani Ellis alleged that the Cardi B cut her cheek with her 3inch fingernail and also alleged that the star spat on her outside an obstetrician's office in 2018.
The jury took only an hour to clear the rapper of the allegations of assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress as well as negligence and false imprisonment.

After being cleared of assault, Cardi addressed reporters outside the courthouse but things took a turn very quickly. In a fit of frustration, the Grammy Award winning rapper threw a pen at a reporter who asked about pregnancy rumors amid her divorce from rapper Offset and her new romance with NFL player Stefon Diggs.
In a bid to get a reaction from the star, the reporter asked: "Cardi, insiders are claiming that Offset is publicly bragging about getting you pregnant for the fourth time. Do you foresee any paternity issues with Stefon Diggs?"
In the now viral video footage, Cardi immediately grabs a pen from another reporter and throws it in the direction of the male reporter. "Stop disrespecting me," Cardi yells. "Don't disrespect me."
Cutting her interviews short after the incident, Cardi was seen then walking toward her vehicle with her security by her side. However, the reporter yells back at Cardi as he says: "I still love you even though you threw some stuff at me."
Cardi then quickly turns around and hits back: "I don't care. You're disrespectful, don't do that. Do you see women asking those types of questions to me? Why do you feel, as a man, that you get to ask me those types of questions? Act like you have some manners. And your mama taught you, respect women."
The livid rapper is then seen inside her car as she tells the rest of the dozens of reporters that they can thank the 'disrespectful' male reporter for her lack of participation in answering their questions.

Cardi snaps: "Y'all are not going to see me after that, and you can thank him. I'm not playing around. I was very nice I was very kind … Nobody's going to get that no more."
Speaking to the reporters before the pen incident occurred, Cardi said: "I work all day and I work hard for my money, for my kids, for the people that I take care of. So don't you ever think that you're going to sue me, and I'm just going to settle."
Cardi also called on her fans not to bother Ms Ellis or her family now that a judgement had been reached.
