The creator of Doctor Odyssey's earlier 'wild' medical drama is now available to binge watch in full.
Nip/Tuck first premiered in the US back in 2003 and ran until its finale in 2010. It was the brainchild of Ryan Murphy, who has since created the medical series as well as Glee, American Horror Story and the Monster anthology true crime show for .

It holds a respectable 74% average rating on the website Rotten Tomatoes, with its highest score being 87% for its penultimate fifth season. Many reviewers seemed to suggest that the show was somewhat ahead of its time for a series made in the early 2000s.
One reviewer raved: "Murphy's concept in its basics is already beautiful. But he pushes the show to be a breath taking knockout. Like some plastic surgery patients, Nip/Tuck initially gets such a pleasing result that it doesn't seem to know when to stop."
While some knocked the series for having unlikable characters - a feature now quite common in TV drama - one critic observed: "Both troubling and welcome... Nip/Tuck both wallows in these shallow and twisted lives, while portraying them with warts and then some."
Over at comicbook.com, one of their writers hailed the production as 'one of the wildest TV dramas' ever conceived, maintaining that it stays "as unexpected today as it was two decades ago."
Another bold voice chimed in, declaring: "Gross, engrossing and ultimately and utterly fearless, Nip/Tuck is a show about the price we pay to keep up appearances - and about the effort a show has to go to these days to break through TV's clutter."

The phenomenon endures among devotees, with one enthusing on social media: "This show was wild back in the day. It's a very crazy show. I watch the series every few years. TV shows nowadays are really lame."
And another fan raved, posting: "This show does not hold back one bit. The writing, acting, and directing for this show are hard to match. Every season brings a new vibe, yet it remains rip-roaringly entertaining right through to the last episode. If you're up for the rollercoaster ride, it surely won't disappoint."
Another viewer was succinct in their praise, simply stating: "One of the darkest but entertaining and intriguing shows I've seen."
Nip/Tuck is streaming on Amazon Prime.
