Reality TV star has said he lost three stone in a month after taking medication Mounjaro whilst exercising and following a 'healthy' diet. The winner shared that he was "feeling down" about his weight prior to that.

He's now said that more recently he let his weight "creep up" before then losing three stone. The former islander told that he went from 17 stone to 14 stone in just four weeks as a result of taking Mounjaro, eating 'healthily' and exercising. Jack also spoke about the medication, which is a brand of tirzepatide, recently.

The refers to tirzepatide - which it states is "also called" Mounjaro - as a "weight loss medicine". It states on its website that tirzepatide is a weekly injection that "makes you feel fuller for longer and therefore less hungry".
It states: "Tirzepatide for weight management is suitable for adults living with obesity and another weight-related health problem like type 2 diabetes or high ." It adds: "You can only get tirzepatide on the NHS if it's prescribed by a specialist weight management service."
The NHS also states on its website that a patient's healthcare professional will discuss the benefits and potential side effects if recommended. It adds: "If tirzepatide is recommended, you will need to eat a balanced, reduced-calorie diet and exercise regularly while taking the medicine."

The Sun reports that Jack first tried Mounjaro injections after buying them online with the help of medical professionals ahead of a match earlier this year. He said that he felt that he needed a "kick start" due to his weight.
Jack told the outlet: "I first took Mounjaro when I was getting back into training and felt like I needed a kick start because I'd let my weight creep up and was feeling down about it." He suggested that he had spotted posts about it on social media and said he had seen people "getting good results".
He said it "takes away your cravings," adding: "Suddenly you don't want to go and eat rubbish or start drinking." Jack - who that he had previously "blown more than a million pounds thanks to drugs, booze and gambling" - continued in the recent interview: "For me, drinking always led to something else so not wanting to drink has been brilliant for my sobriety journey."
Whilst speaking to the outlet about the medication, Jack also claimed that he saw a "difference" in his ADHD symptoms, with him adding that he was "amazed" by that. He said that he was "focused" and "not so impulsive."
Discussing the condition, Jack said that sometimes having multiple conversations going on in your head "gets really tiring". He said that after starting the medication it "quietened the noise down a bit" allowing him "concentrate on something for more than two minutes".
