Mickey Rourke tries to break yet another Celebrity Big Brother rule in tonight's episode of the reality competition after and earlier this week. The Hollywood star is asked to deliver his first nominations in the game, but refuses. He tells : "I choose not to evict anyone. I refuse to do that. I will not pick two people to toss off the shelf."

However, Big Brother soon reminds him of the rules - and it is up to Mickey to decide whether he chooses to nominate or not. Meanwhile, Chris Hughes is given the power of immunity while Daley Thompson is granted immunity after Mickey used the Guardian Angel power to save him.

As the other housemates reveal their nominations, Angellica Bell chooses to put Michael Fabricant up after explaining that he hasn't asked her any questions. "I can tell you so much about him," she says in the Diary Room.

"What he studied, where he likes to travel, his time at the House of Commons but I don’t think he knows anything about me. When we talk he hasn’t asked me anything about me.”

As for Michael's nomination, he chooses to put Patsy Palmer up for eviction. "She asked me something about ‘why do I wear a wig?’ And I’m not saying it is a wig actually," he said.

"But what I am saying is that I found it slightly awkward being asked about it. I just don’t like my hair being raised. People have sensitivities and that’s my sensitivity. We’re all human - I’m more human than most."

Later in the episode, Danny Beard and Daley have a heart-to-heart at the dining table over the nominations. After Danny claimed that the "whole house" didn't like him, Daley said: "But that's not going to be true.

"They only know a little bit of you and also I suspect everybody really struggled. There is no chance it's you."

Danny then revealed that he thought that Daley was going to "hate" him when they first arrived in the CBB house, with Daley admitting that he plans to come to one of his shows once they leave.

Earlier this week, Mickey received a formal warning from Big Brother after using a homophobic slur when speaking to JoJo Siwa. Many fans have called for as a result.
