"He’s just told me to be humble and keep working hard every day,” Chido Obi said. “And hopefully, I get more opportunities soon. My Dad and my Mum always told me to be a good person and listen to my coaches because they want me to get better, so it’s good."
When asked for the biggest takeaways from his time with the first team, he said: "I’ve learnt to be smart and to think quicker by training with the first team because the game is quicker compared to Academy football. It helps me a lot, training with them every day."
Chido Obi will still have opportunities to impress - especially with United having little to play for in as they focus on the . That means there could be more chances for him to get more minutes.

He only joined at the end of last year from and will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of other forwards who have graduated from the youth set-up - including and Alejandro Garnacho.
But he may face a struggle to nail down more minutes in the first team next season, with United expected to prioritise signing a new forward.
United have watched Hojlund struggle to justify his £72m price tag and Amorim subbed him off for Chido Obi during the Wolves defeat this weekend - but defended him over his lack of sparkle up front.
He said: "I think if you look at the games, we have several players that missed big chances, not just Rasmus. But for Rasmus, the game is to score goals because he is a striker. But it is a team thing. I have already said that. Our team should score more goals, it is not just Rasmus missing chances, it is all the team.
"The only way I know is to work on him, show him the videos. He needed to score a goal, he will not score if he’s out (of the team). So I try to manage that during games. But he needs to score one, maybe that’s all a striker needs."
