A burqa-clad woman travelling in an AC coach of an Indian Railways train refused to show a valid ticket when approached by the Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) and Railway Protection Force (RPF). She not only refused to show her ticket but also went on a verbal rant, saying, “Ask the Prime Minister about me, I won’t show my ticket.” Eyewitnesses reported that she occupied a reserved seat, manhandled fellow passengers and created quite a ruckus inside the coach.

The incident highlights growing concerns about ticketless travel, passenger safety and the many challenges faced by railway staff, especially while dealing with uncooperative individuals during crowded train journeys.

Railway Seva, the official helpdesk of the Indian Railways, acknowledged the video and requested specific train and passenger details for further investigation.
