Now Amanda has made a heartfelt plea to fans on Instagram, sharing some behind-the-scenes footage of her daughters jumping into a lake, enjoying a rare sunny day in Britain. She wrote: "If you haven't already dipped your toe in the water and watched TV series Our Farm Next Door then you can always catch up with Channel 4 streaming.
"And for those lovely people that already tune in to meander their way through an hour of gentle television, taking in the gorgeous views whilst following the twists and turns, highs and lows of everyday life on the farm with the family, animals and the challenge of the ongoing renovation project... a big thank you. Would not be possible without you."
She continued in her post last night (May 19): "So here is a reminder to you all, our loyal viewers and those new to the show. There's a new episode on tonight at 9pm on More4."

It comes after the farm was hit with a major setback as a storm threw a spanner in the works after 15 months of renovating. Storm Bert wreaked havoc on the electrics and flooring, though the farmhouse's exterior remained largely intact.
Builder Richard explained: "We had a bit of water come down the other day. Storm Bert, I think it was. And this was two inches deep in water. The issues caused by the electric coming into the building, believe it or not.
"When we've dug the trench from the post in the field, all that water from the top of the field is coming down that pipe, which is what the electric's in, which basically comes into the building, and it's just sending water into the building."
