
The and Queen are hosting the , as they host thousands of guests at this afternoon. Camilla looks glamorous in a teal blue crepe silk dress with a cream lace inset by Christian Dior, hat by Philip Treacy and a turquoise and diamond brooch.
Both held onto umbrellas as the grey clouds loomed ominously above. Their Majesties were joined by Princess Anne, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.
Guests began to file in from 3pm to enjoy the tea tents and palace grounds as the sunshine returned to Mayfair after a grey and showery few days.

The King and the royal party arrived, as usual, at 4pm on the terrace to the rear of the palace via The Carnarvon Room.
Aside from today's event, there will be two more of the King's Garden Parties this year-one at Buckingham Palace on May 20 and a second one at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Scotland on July 1.
Additionally, there will be two themed Garden Parties, both taking place in May at Buckingham Palace.
The first one - The Education and Skills Garden Party - will take place on Wednesday, May 14 and is supported by the Department for Education.


The second one - The Not Forgotten Association Annual Garden Party - will take place on Friday, May 16, and will be hosted by the Duchess of Gloucester, who is patron of the charity.
The Not Forgotten Association caters to ex-service men and women and serving personnel who are wounded, injured or sick.
The Duchess of Gloucester has previously attended several events with the charity.
