Astrology and Generational Traits: How the Stars Shape Each Generation

Send Push
Generational astrology is like a cosmic reality show. Every 15-30 years, a new season drops with fresh cast members, new drama, and upgraded trauma responses. The planets play directors, with outer planets like Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus writing entire arcs for generations like boomers , millennials , and the “we-swear-we’re-fine” Gen Z.

Boomers ( Pluto in Leo ) were born to rule, or at least talk about ruling while holding a martini and buying real estate for the price of a sandwich. This Pluto-in-Leo generation brought big egos, big dreams, and the phrase “Because I said so” into parenting canon.

Gen X (Pluto in Virgo) showed up, clocked in, and chose sarcasm as a lifestyle. Born into an era of perfectionism and silent rebellion, they learned to trust no one and fix everything—while silently judging fonts.

Millennials (Pluto in Libra and early Scorpio) came in swinging with a dream of balance and world peace, then got hit with 2008, ghosting, and skinny jeans. Libra gave them aesthetic taste and co-dependency; Scorpio brought deep feels, trust issues, and unmatched meme energy.

Gen Z (Pluto in Scorpio and Sagittarius) took that angst and raised it with climate anxiety, side hustles, and a PhD in existential dread by age 19. The Scorpio placement gave them dark humor and a sixth sense for red flags, while Sagittarius added wanderlust and the attention span of a TikTok transition.

Gen Alpha ( Pluto in Capricorn and beyond) is still downloading updates. But with Pluto in Capricorn, they’re entering the world ready to restructure it all. CEOs by 10, coding by 12, and likely suing for bedtime extensions by 14.

The stars didn’t raise these generations, but they definitely cast them in archetypal roles. Astrology offers the blueprint; free will adds the glitter. And while generational chaos seems eternal, at least the drama stays interesting—with better Wi-Fi.
