Actor and politician Khushbu Sundar recently surprised fans with her stunning look on social media in a modern outfit. The actress appeared noticeably fitter and leaner in the pictures, which led netizens to express mixed opinions about her transformation.
Nevertheless, Khushbu did not hesitate to give a fitting reply to one of the social media users who trolled her.
Khushbu took to her X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram to share a series of pictures in which she was seen wearing a green shimmery ensemble, paired with soft makeup and crimped hair. Sharing the confident and bold look, she captioned it: “Back to the future! 💚 #greenwithenvy #trendy #transformation #goodhealth #lovingit #Green #GlamourSlam.”

While most of her followers responded with love and appreciation, one user attempted to discredit her transformation by claiming it was the result of a weight loss injection. The comment read: “Magic of Mounjaro injection. Let your followers know that so they can get themselves injected too.”
Khushbu didn’t hold back in her response. Quoting the comment, she clapped back: “What a pain people like you are. You guys never show your faces because you know you are ugly from within. I pity your parents.”
Recently, Karan Johar and Ram Kapoor have also faced baseless rumours regarding their fitness journeys. Both have previously denied resorting to injectable treatments for weight loss.

On the work front, Khushbu has kept busy with her acting career. She featured in the Tamil film Nesippaya this year and continues to appear in the television series Sarojini.
Khushbu is also one of the producers for her husband Sundar C’s upcoming directorial venture Mookuthi Amman 2, starring Nayanthara. Their daughter, Avantika, is all set to make her acting debut soon.
